Heres the review I posted to the booking agent for the Hotel we stayed at Friday night.
The Hotel is an old City Centre hotel. It is very close to the millenium stadium, which may be good or not. The hotel is rather tired and in need of modernisation and redecoration (other than that its fine). If you come by car you will need to arrive before the NCP shuts, otherwise you won't get it. Once in for the night, don't try to drive anywhere because your car is locked in and you don't have a key. Overall better arrangements need to be made for parking. If you take the Hotels advice you will be in breach of the traffic regulations and may get a parking ticket, or worse!
