Last night a friend and I traveled over the bridge into darkest Kent to see an old friend (well almost as old as me anyway). We picked him up and traveled to a little country pub (The Nevill Bull), enjoyed some very nice food and a couple of pints of beer. Most importantly some very good conversations about the old days, the C of E and its bishops, the new Dr Who and a vast range of other topics. Thoroughly chilled out and back very late I slept well in the heat and humidity for the first time this week.
Must do it again soon.
