Sleep is the major problem now. While too much movement causes discomfort, I can always sit still for 5 minutes and the pain will drain away. I still cannot sleep on my back for more than about 2 hours. After that I wake and fell that I must move - get up and walk about. Sometimes that brings me out of a very deep sleep, and leaves me quite awake. Last night I spent longer than usual with my arm straight (see pics here) as a result when I finally went to bed about 2am I could still feel things moving around in my arm. It was a very sleepless night, which ended around 11:30. Most of the real sleep occurring after 7am. I then slept again after 2:30pm for quite a while.
Tonight is home group, so hopefully that will help me to get back into a more reasonable pattern.
