Sunday, November 4th @ 10:00am at Christ Church, Jaden Pape's dedication

Jaden is the first son of our youth worker, Mark. As a result the church was full of his family and friends. Extra chairs were put out at the back. The car park was full, and there were cars on the street. I have said before how good church is when there are enough people to fill the space. Mark was also leading the music, something he does very well, so we had a great celebration today. Mark and Lou have apparently been reading scripture to their child since before his birth - an example to us all. As the theme of the sermon was also about reading scripture (How can we see Jesus? from Luke 19:1-10) it all fits together really well.
