All together again

Today is a public holiday in England. It used to be called Whitsun, and followed Pentecost, but now its the 'late spring bank holiday' (catchy or what?). Never mind what its called, I just enjoy the day off. I specially enjoy seeing the family, as both girls returned, and we were all together again for a few short hours yesterday. The banter soon starts, and I have to admit that I don't keep up- because I don't watch the right TV programs, but its nice to sit and listen, and join in from time to time. These days they stay up a lot later two, and its Jo and I who are first to bed!
