Survey - dangerous driving

Sometimes, though quite infrequently, I do a random survey of the drivers that pass me as I walk towards my home. In about 10 minutes through a busy High Street, towards the end of rush hour tonight, I counted the following  :

No Seat Belt Men 5, Women 4 (about the same as the proportion of drivers)
